Shoot Nations was launched in Berlin on 23rd September by international acclaimed director, writer and actress, Doris Dörrie. Four German newspapers and a TV crew attended the press conference to launch the exhibition and publicise the project throughout Berlin and Germany. Dörrie and Plan Germany board member Arold Hahn spoke about the need to listen to global youth when they articulate their opinions, fears and agendas. Dorrie also endorsed the participatory approach of Shoot Nations and called for more projects to follow this methodology, citing film as another key medium for youth communication. The exhibition comprises 100 images from the project, including images from the London and Berlin workshops. The exhibition received over 1000 visitors during its week at the Labyrinth Children's Museum. Photos from Berlin and the project as a whole are available in the Resource Centre.
